Dr. Nathan Ingham

Having completed his Bachelor of Clinical Science in 2013, Nate went on to complete his Master’s in Osteopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University in 2015. He ran an osteopathic clinic on Bay Street, Tweed Heads for 8 years before moving to our current location on Boyd Street in 2022.

He was drawn to osteopathy following a chronic back injury in 1999. After exploring various treatment options with limited success, he experienced significant relief under the care of an osteopath. This life-changing osteopathic experience inspired him to pursue a career in osteopathy, aiming to help others alleviate their pain.

Nate uses a patient-centred approach, employing techniques like soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, deep stretching, radial shockwave, dry needling, and craniosacral therapy, tailored to the individual needs of each client. He also focuses on biomechanical correction through exercise, backed by his previous experience in the fitness industry.

Outside the clinic, Nate enjoys surfing, mountain biking and spending time with his wife, Anna, and their two sons, Thomas and Edward.
